$99 (Resolution to your issue within 15 mins onsite)

Business Rates (off contract)
$200 first hour (includes $40 service call fee)
$120 each additional hour (1/4 hour increments)

Residential Rates (off contract)
$180 first hour (includes $40 service call fee)
$100 each additional hour (1/4 hour increments)

Offsite/Remote Repairs
$90 per hour flat fee billed in 1/4 hour increments.

Bench Rate
$90 per hour (service call fee applies if pickup)

• After bench resolution, delivery and setup at normal rates.

Consultation/ Training (topics vary)
$90 per hour one on one
$200 per hour for groups of 3 or more

On Hold PBX (Phone System) Productions
$275 per production, or edit

• (We create custom “On Hold” audio productions for your phone systems, and we can also help to produce personal music in our recording studio)

Digital Davinci offers a * 10 DAY warranty on ALL service calls!
-Should your exact same issue repeat within 10 days after we’ve left your location, we will come back out at our cost.

*Due to the complexity of virus/malware infections, we cannot offer warranty on this service offering. We cannot govern user behavior resulting in re-infection moments after leaving a removal appointment.
